Friday 19th May saw the bus in Cookstown at the Sons of William parade.
First thanks to Tony and Chris from Hutchinson's butchers for all their help in
getting the bus parked and set up.
The evening started with a trip to Kilcronaghan Flower Festival.
The flowers were
a work of art.
Thanks to Lorna McAllister for her help on the bus.
There were over 20 bands at the parades including quite a few local bands
Kingsmills, Drumnaglough, Magherglass, Drumnacross, Deryyloran Boyne Defenders.
It was good seeing old friends and making new ones.
Adventure Leadership Training have confirmed that there will be a team of
8 Americans to help with the work on the 12th July in Cookstown.
We are really looking
forward to meeting them.
Heather the volunteer who is on the bus most often, has just become a grandmother
to
twin girls older sister for Eli.
But one of the little girls Evie is ill and would appreciate
prayer for Evie and her parents.
A big thank you is also due to Nigel and William and all at Eurocoach for putting the bus through
her PSV. It a busy time for all at Eurocoach we really approach all they do for the project.
